JD Accounts Receivables (OTC )
1. Managing end to end Accounts Receivable Process including respective systems and team members
2. Achieve Key Service Level/ Health Metrics of Accounts Receivable process
3. Ensuring correct accounting as per Accounting policies
4. Liaison with major stakeholders as per process requirement
5. Ensure Compliance of internal AR process
6. Understands F&A industry Best practices
7. Perform one on one appraisal and provide ratings for team members
8. Make regular presentation to senior leadership; possesses strong presentation skills
Job Description for Accounts Payable (P2P)
1. Experience in end to end of PTP
2. Project Accounting, Management Reporting, Cost allocations, Intercompany Accounting
3. Implement best practices across all functionalities
4. Prepare Financial statements and notes to accounts
5. Provide technical and operational guidance on reporting where required, including areas outside of expertise which require research
6. Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all customers
7. Propose and execute upon continuous improvements to the accounting, reconciliations and reporting process
8. Translate difficult technical accounting concepts into executable, operational controllership Deliverables
9. Tax (Direct & Indirect)
10. Prepare / Review of Annual Reports, Annual Returns and Quarterly Returns
11. Support Internal and external Auditors
12. Lead creations / modifications of SOPs and SOX documents and implement Genpact best practices.
13. Customer management
Job Description for RTR - General Accounting
1. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing & passing month end close journals.
2.The candidate will also be responsible to prepare account analysis & prepare bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
3.The candidate is expected to work closely with worldwide teams on submission of SOX letters.
4.He will be expected to communicate clearly, concisely and calmly in difficult and stressful situations.
5.Agent will be required to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures as agreed with the client.
6.Accounting & statutory reporting.
7.Balance sheet reconciliations
8.Closing & Reporting.
Pre-Requisites
1. Bachelor's Degree in Commerce - Bcom Mandatory
2. Knowledge of SAP collections T-Codes will be an added advantage
3. Collection experience will be an added advantage
4. Understanding of Accounts Receivables
5. Ability to work effectively with numbers to analyze and understand business trends
6. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
8. Analytical and problem solving skills
9. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team and departmental goals.
