Job Description
Job Description : Overall responsible for all Front office job, other administrative and HR related work assigned. Also responsible for all department communication and follow ups.


Exp: 2-5yrs

Reception:
Quality customer service greeting internal and external customers with a smile and be pleasant
Handling Income & Outgoing calls ensure immediate response while handling incoming and outgoing calls
Maintaining date of suppliers and service providers,
Coordinate conference room bookings and arrangements
Maintaining Inward and Outward Courier registers and distributing to the concerned department. Maintain courier slips for bill verification and payment processing.
Maintaining office files
Customer management
Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers and proper communication verbally and through emails
Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department
Coordination for ID, Visiting Cards, tabs, device etc and issuance of company assets to employees
Newspaper updation
Prompt and immediate response for any work related to any department
Travel Desk
Air and Rail Booking
Hotel Booking
Car booking
General Administration
Faxing/scanning of documents
Monitoring housekeeping, Office boys, Pantry maintenance, water maintenance and other facilities related to office use
Coordinating for employee birthday celebrations
Order, Issue and Maintaining MIS of Stationery items, Toiletries and Assets
Maintaining Employee Attendance records, Registers and Biometrix, coordinating interview schedules, Leave records and reporting to HR
Preparing petty cash vouchers and cash count on a monthly basis and send information to Finance Department by end of the month Requirements:
Essential Skills:
Good communication and telephone skills (fluent, spoken and written English)
Good computer skills
