Designation: Customer Service Expert (Non Voice, Non Technical)
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Experience required: 0 years
Shifts: Rotational shifts with Rotational Week Offs.
Qualification:
- Any Degree (i.e. BA, B. Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA etc.).
- Engineering Graduates & Post Graduates are not eligible.
- People with career gap of 4 to 5 years (i.e. below age group of 25 years) can also apply.
- People with arrears in graduation are not eligible.
Job Requirement:
- Basic Communication Skill (i.e. Verbal and Written skill in English).
- Good Observation Skill.
- Basic Computer Knowledge.
- Must have Positive Thinking.
- Good attitude, team player, career oriented and a quick learner.
Week Offs: Rotational 2 days per week - i.e. 2 consecutive days
